Having issues scoring records with the Bulk Scorer? We’re here to help!
Before submitting a new support ticket, please try these quick suggestions:
- Check that you are correctly logged in your MadKudu account. To make sure, you can log out (Settings > log out), and log back in
- Check that the file is a CSV format
- Try with another CSV to see if it's an issue with the file.
- Try in Incognito mode (or Private Browsing) to make sure that certain browser extensions don't affect the upload.
- Clear your browser cache and retry
- Try with another browser
- Check your internet connection
- Close any other page where you may be connected to MadKudu
When submitting a support ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org, please provide as many details as possible with your message and we'll get back to you shortly! We recommend including the following information:
- Description of the issue
- the URL(s) of the page you are trying to upload the file in
- the CSV file you are trying to upload
- the email address you are logged in with
- your browser (Chrome, Firefox, IE ...)
- If you receive an error message, a screenshot of the whole screen with the error message
