MadKudu ingests data from your source systems. Within our system, we enrich your data using various data sources - we then use this version of your data to identify your ideal customer profile, build your model and push the first set of scores to the receiving system.
How much data does MadKudu need to build a model?
Typically, we ingest the prior 12 months worth of data - during this timeframe, we are most likely to have statistical significance(enough conversions) and relevance(your current audiences) to build the model. Some customers have enough data that we can get statisitical significance from the past 3, 6 or 9 months. Whereas some other customers, may not have that much data over the past 12 months and we may ingest more. This will be discussed during the implementation.
Additionally, perhaps there is a timeframe from which we should not pull data - for example, you want us to only pull the past 6 months of data as you have completed a data clean up from that point forward or the data is most reflecting of your current strategy etc. We will discuss this with you as part of onboarding.
How many historic leads in my CRM are updated with the new score?
We score 6X your monthly subscription quota - e.g. monthly subscription quota is 3000 new leads per month -> we will score 6 X 3000 = 18000 historic leads.
When your model is built and running, we will score leads according to your subscription. Your contract price is based on your expected number of leads to be scored per month, when you go over that quota, there is an additional cost per lead scored listed in your agreement.
Unused scoring does not roll over to the next month - therefore we recommend that you assess the number of leads that are created per month. Conversion events (e.g. Lead conversion to Contact) does not count towards your quota. Only net new creation of leads - there is not a charge for updating an existing lead.
Can MadKudu score beyond the 6X that is included in your contract?
Yes, we can calculate a one-time professional service to perform a bulk scoring update of historic leads. We can perform this by timeframe or an entire DB. The cost will be based on the volume - please discuss with your Customer Success Manager, or your Account Executive.
