During the course of the Kick Off, our goal is to understand your solution landscape as it relates to MadKudu - e.g. what are the main systems involved and what does the flow of a lead entering into your funnel through to becoming a customer look like? Typically, most of this information will be provided in the questionnaires and we will build a flow diagram together, specific to your As-Is process. We will use this As-Is diagram to understand exactly where you are today and then create a To-Be, which will essentially help us quickly identify where MadKudu will be employed in your process.
If you have something existing already, or want to make a head start - the following images will give you a sense of what we are trying to capture. If you do not - not to worry, we will create it together based on your questionnaire and the Kick Off meeting.
As Is Process - Essentially, we want to capture the key systems and process steps as a Lead flows into your funnel and converts through to a paying customer. We want to understand how you define ICP, MQL through to Customer - most customers have a different approach, so whatever your setup is, we need to be aligned. Throughout the flow of the lead to customer, we also need to understand what is happening in the system at an object level and what are the key fields and values involved.
To Be Process - this is our ultimate goal - based on where your existing process - how will it change/adjust with the inclusion of MadKudu. This will be a follow up from our Kick Off meeting, but again, helps keep us all aligned. Also - we like to think that these diagrams are entirely re-useable to share internally just what and where MadKudu is helping you at an overview. We will flag the steps where MadKudu will be used to bring value to your workflow.
