What is the recommended Feedback Loop
- Sales provide feedback with scores they disagree with(either pre or post lead interaction).
- Marketing Ops pulls a report (or sets up a workflow for alerts) and assesses the feedback for each Disagreement and takes appropriate action:
Investigation: use the app to look at the profile
Education: for false reports, educate the sales person/team
Collaboration: open a MadKudu Support ticket for CSM Review
