Leverage your MadKudu scores to target both inbound and outbound Accounts in Salesforce.
Most customers aspire towards a Marketing Qualified Account (MQA) model to support their Account Based Management (ABM) strategy - MadKudu helps here by providing an MQA model that aggregates an account's contacts' behavior, giving your team confidence whether the Account as a whole is ready to spend additional money with you - giving you an Account story to pitch and establish a beachhead - rather than solely pursuing an individual Contact's needs at an Account.
However, not every client we have is ready to build an MQA for various reasons, but we have a lightweight "stepping stone to an MQA" option for Salesforce clients, that has no additional strings attached. The effort on you to add it, is practically zero. Really? Really! For this option, your Accounts can inherit the score of the highest rated Contact associated to the Account.
How does this help? If your inbound strategy is to assign by Accounts, this will help AE's identify quickly which Account and who at that Account to talk to. In the below example, we can see that Frances is definitely the person to speak with at Conaill's Cacti Co. The Account thus inherit's Frances' score. Dave and Peter are great guys, just speak with Frances first. (Scroll past the graphic to learn about using this for outbound).
"Great! Sign me up" I hear you say, trailing with..."but what if I have outbound Accounts with no Contacts created yet...that would be really cool if MadKudu could help with that". We can do, at MadKudu!
Simply maintain a domain for your Contactless Account(s) - we will score the domain and push that to your Account score - and when you get Contacts assigned, we'll update the scoring to the previously mentioned approach. Now you can use the same scores you built for that inbound lead prioritization use case at the Account Level for Inbound and for Outbound.
