Integrating MadKudu with Gong provides a seamless experience for sales teams by embedding MadKudu's actionable account intelligence directly within Gong Engage. This integration enables sales reps to access valuable insights without leaving their workflow and adding prospects directly into Gong Flows, enhancing productivity and engagement effectiveness.

• View MadKudu Intelligence in any Account in Engage under the MadKudu tab 
  
  
• Understand who has been visiting your website, engaged with your marketing content, interacted with your product ...etc 
  
  
• Identify most active users and buyers. Add them into Gong Flows in a click
  

  

• From your Inbox in MadKudu Chrome Extension, add prospects to Gong Flows 
  

  

How to install MadKudu x Gong 

Pre-requisites

• You must have Salesforce connected to both Gong and MadKudu
• At least one user in your company but have a Gong Engage seat
• You must be a Tech admin in Gong
• You must be an Admin in MadKudu

As a Gong Tech admin and a MadKudu Admin,

1. Log into MadKudu Admin console 
2. Navigate to Integrations then click on Gong
3. Click on Connect Gong. This will open an authorization pop-up.
   
4. Click Allow.
5. In Gong > Company Settings > Integrations, you should now see MadKudu integration 

And that’s it!

Any Gong Engage and MadKudu user can now

• view MadKudu in any Account and Pipeline in Gong Engage
• add prospects to Gong Flows in a click from MadKudu tab

If you are a Tech Admin and don't have an Engage seat yourself to check the result, here is how to "Log in as {user}" 

• In Gong, go to Company Settings from the bottom of the left nav bar 
• Click Team Members
  
  
• Open a user with an Engage seat 
• then at the top right, click on the 3 dots and "Log in as ...." 
• In their account, navigate to Engage > Accounts or Engage > Pipeline and you'll see MadKudu Tab under any account

Users who do not have a Gong Engage seat can still use MadKudu Chrome extension layered on top of an account in Gong

FAQ

Can I use the MadKudu x Gong Engage integration if I use HubSpot as my CRM?

Unfortunately not today. MadKudu x Gong Engage only supports Salesforce CRM as of today. Please let us know at product@madkudu.com if you're using Gong Engage with HubSpot CRM! 

Do I need a Gong Engage subscription to use MadKudu in Gong? 

To leverage MadKudu directly embedded in Gong you need Gong Engage seats as MadKudu embeds in Gong Engage's accounts.
