Playbooks
Playbooks help SDRs, BDRs, AEs...in figuring out which accounts or leads to focus on first with a recommended approach on what to do with each prospect.
Here is a practical example. Before using Playbooks, you have enablement sessions with the SDRs explaining over slides the different sequences to send to prospects like
- "For leads who have downloaded this ebook then you should send them this marketing sequence XXX"
- "For leads who visit the Enterprise-specific website pages, send them into the Enterprise offering sequence YYY"
- "For qualified product signups, send them into the product sequence ZZZ ".
Now with the Playbooks in MadKudu, your reps do not need to remember the plays, it's written directly in the playbook description and the sequence pre-selected for them. All this is customizable by you when creating the playbook of course!
Imagine Ryan, SDR freshly arrived in the midmarket SDR team. How much faster his ramp-up would be?

Explore
The Explore section allows reps to filter their books of accounts and contacts with hundreds of data points and save into views.
Before using Explore, your BDRs have a Salesforce report with 100 accounts and only a few data points about them. They would like to quickly identify the ones who previously had an opportunity with your company, with a buyer who has recently been on your website. In Salesforce they wouldn't be able to narrow down to such list without having to manually go through each account.
Now using Explore in MadKudu, your reps can filter their book of accounts or contacts with dozens and dozens of enrichment or intent signals. And this, in one click. Or rather in one sentence and the filters will automatically be generated! Pretty cool right?
then they can tweak the filters and Save view or Create a Playbook out of it
