Is your team unable to log into MadKudu (Chrome extension or app) with Okta?
Please make sure the MadKudu app in Okta is updated following the instructions below:
Pre-requisites: you're an Admin in Okta
- In the Admin section of your Okta account, go to the MadKudu application
- In the General tab, in the section SAML setting, click on Edit
- Click Next to go to 2. Configure SAML and click Advanced Settings
- For the Signature Certificate, download certificate here and upload in Okta
- Check the box Signed Requests - Validate SAML requests with signature certificates.
In particular please make sure the certificate is correctly uploaded (step 4)
Click next on the following steps to save your changes.
Once done, please try to login via Okta in the Chrome extension confirm if it's working!
