With a dozen to thousands of accounts to handle, it can be hard for SDRs and AEs to know where to spend their time every day and stay on top of key things happening in their accounts. A buyer is visiting your pricing page? An admin is adding 10 new users? The account you thought dead because unresponsive for months is suddenly showing activity?
This is where the Daily Digest come into play. The Playbooks available in each user's inbox generate an email notification to provide your Sales team with daily, or weekly digests.
Frequency
By default, the daily digest is sent Daily. Each user can adjust their notifications (frequency and timezone) in their personal settings.
Based on each user book of accounts
User can edit their book of accounts - say SDRs are paired with new AEs - in their personal settings.
